Hi guys, i would like to ask help regarding Activating the fucntions of CID during Survey transfer:
i Have an existing Survey setup that has a method to transfer to an External extension number, but the problem during the transfer to extension number the CID becomes Unknown. What we intend to do is that when ever there is Transfer to extension on this SUVERY the customer number being transfer becomes the CID that will reflect to the transferred call to the external phone extensions,
Any idea on this Guys somehow..? how to implement. Thanks i Advance...
