Survey campaign play recording before answer.

Hello,

I have a Survey campaign for example a 30 seconds recording, and when i answer the recording has played 5 seconds and in some cases the call is hang up.

Any idea?

Can you provide a single test call example of asterisk CLI output? (Not 3000 lines of unrelated code, not with any other calls on the system, but a single call from beginning to end from the asterisk CLI).
