System Summary Report and the Inactive agents

Hello;

vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-15, Build 160508-0139, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine

Always in the system summary report, I see the the inactive agents to be 2 even if fresh installation. Why? And where I can see these 2 inactive agents?

Good job posting your system specs bilal.

SELECT * FROM `vicidial_users`

You will find "VDAD" and "VDCL" users which are always inactive. They are part of the Vicidial Core and their ids will appear in many reports.

Later versions of Vicidial have a link at the top of the User Listings for "show all users" (/vicidial/admin.php?ADD=0A&status=display_all)
