Is this configuration possible??

I will keep vicidial, asterisk database at location A
Only Asterisk at location B
Have 10 Agent connected to location A using Vicidial.
Location B Asterisk server connected with SIP/IAX VOIP Provider trunk
Dial level Ratio 2

How can I configure,
where location B asterisk will through 20 calls using VOIP provider trunk,
whereas from location A to location B, I will have only 10 IAX channel defined??

Any changes at vicidial or asterisk to achieve this configuration or any other way to achived this??
