We encountered this error system delay code 536233 -1 , what seems causing this

Perhaps it would be useful if you shared Where you encountered this "delay code" and what you were doing that resulted in this code.

We encontered this when agent is doing a manual dial and an agent alert pops out saying system delay, please try again code:544693-1

Sounds like the vicidial and asterisk system is passing through an error from your carrier. Which would mean ... nobody here would be able to decipher it unless they have direct experience with your carrier. Carriers all randomly make up their own codes. lol.

Try asking your carrier if they have such a code.

That's not a carrier error, that's a symptom of a slow database. It means that the agent was attempting to place a manual dial phone call before the disposition process returned a response to the agent screen.

For this issue I usually suggest rolling your logs to archives, or getting a better database server.
