Disposition set twice

Hi Vici team,

I having this issue now when setting a disposition I have to select it twice before making another call or getting an inbound call, also there this message on lower part that says "Disposition set twice:", what should be the problem?

Check your agent's javascript console for errors. Not sure if this happens when your DB overloads or runs out of sockets or if it happens when the agent screen has an error. Also check apache logs to see if there's an error in the AJAX response php file (also possible).
