Is this a new issue, something that used to be right but now is suddenly failing? Or is this just something you never looked at before and now you're curious? Or a fresh install and you don't understand ... why?

Provide examples. What status is shown in each place, and what do you observe if you peer over the should of the agent in question.

and last but not least: Your installer with version. If not a Vicibox install, a link to the installation instructions used is often useful.
