Phone Code Override blank: Lead Loader

Hi Team,

I have downloaded vicibox version 6.0.4 ISO from vicibox site and installed it. However, i have noticed an issue, that Phone Code Override is coming blank and not being populated.

First, i thought may be it was an issue with the installation, something broke while installing but i did test install on virtual machine with same .iso just for sake of checking this function. And even in that test install it was broken.

So i guess its an issue with that vicibox iso.

So now, since the client is adamant on using this version only, i need to fix this.

Does anyone know from where the values in that dropdown are coming ? From database? an enum may be ?
