HI, i have a Vicidial VERSION: 2.14-714a - BUILD: 190628-1511
I need to know, if the system store the "Call Setup Time" (Time to take before ringing) or if exist some similar field.
In the "Export Call Report" the field "Dial_time" is similar to value in the "Length_in_seconds".
