What is the difference between InboundQueueTimeout and Drop

Postby lest13 » Mon Oct 07, 2019 10:34 am

I would like to know what is the difference between Inbound Queue Timeout and Drop Call?

I hope someone can explain this clearly.

Thanks in advance.

Every in-group has an option called "Drop Call Seconds" in which you set what is the maximum time in seconds a call can be queued and set an action if this time is exceeded.

If the "Drop Call Seconds" time is reached and the action is message, the status will be "Inbound Queue Timeout".
If the caller hangs up before the time is reached, the status will be "Drop Call"
