Lead Search

Good afternoon Team,

i'm getting a weird issue lately.

when I try to search for a Lead ID i'm getting the following error:

The search variables you entered are not active in the system

Please go back and double check the information you entered and submit again

Now but if I look for it under Log Search Options: it comes up but when i open it it reads as follow.

lead lookup FAILED for lead_id

What could be the issue here?

It means that the lead is no longer in the vicidial_list table, but log records for that lead remain in vicidial_log and/or vicidial_closer_log.

Have you tried searching with the "Archive search" option set to "yes"? If that returns no result then the lead ID has been purged from your system entirely, otherwise if it was archived to vicidial_list_archive it should appear there.
