Lead recycling.

Good afternoon,

I have a question about attempts to call a phone number. I have configured the outbound campaign to call 3 times a number that for example does not answer, busy, answering machine, those statuses.

But what happens is that when a lead brings two phone numbers it does not make the 3 attempts to each number, it makes 2 attempts to the telephone 1, and 2 attempts to the telephone 2, and sometimes it does not dial the telephone 3 although I already have it configured at address 3 to be dialed.

The statuses are set to be re-marked in the lead recycling and the auto alt dial tab.

One of the many reasons we recommend using MULTI_LEAD auto-alt-dialing instead of the old version where the numbers are on the same lead. MULTI_LEAD gives you a lot more flexibility and control over the number types you dial and what numbers you dial in what order.
