LEAVE_3WAY_CALL issues

We use the API to warm transfer calls to our closers.

Essentially, the process looks like this:

Oubound call transferred to Agent. Agent makes a sale and...

(warm transfer)
http://server/agc/api.php?source=test&u ... tative=YES

(closer answers the call)

(Agent attempts to Leave 3 way)
http://server/agc/api.php?source=test&u ... _3WAY_CALL

This will result in one of three things:

1) The agent receives a SUCCESS message from the API, leaves the 3 way call and the closer is still on with the customer (ideal)
2) The agent receives a SUCCESS message from the API but is still on the call (less than ideal)
3) The agent receives a SUCCESS message from the API but the call is terminated for all parties (least ideal)

We have a similar issue with LEAVE_3WAY_CALL.
Any fix for that ?

Do you have agent screen debug logging enabled in System Settings?

Advice: Post both your solution and how you arrived at the solution and even the steps you used to get to that point to make the solution work. Here. For posterity, and so you can use that advice to your future self on your next run but also for the next tech on here with a similar issue.

Emails and notes get lost. But the Vicidial forum is forever. lol
