Hi, good morning,
I hope you can help me if you are so kind. I have a problem when downloading the call report of inbound calls and it is that in the column "length_in_sec" some calls appear with negative duration.

Check that the time on all of your servers, in Linux, MySQL and Apache are all the same. Also, check that ntpd is running and that you are syncing to the same reliable source for all of the servers in your cluster.

check php time too in php.ini.
