Custom Fields Script Variables

Hi,

I am trying to insert custom fields into the script tab.

Custom fields are currently filled out in the form as normal. I want the information from those custom fields to appear in the script for any future calls to this customer.

I have tried --A--Homeower--B-- (this is one of my custom field labels). it doesnt work, script just displays "--A--Homeower--B--"

Is there a way of doing this?

Can anyone help here or is it not possible?

Did you use the Field Label or the Field Name in your attempt?
