eyebeam not registering

Good Day,
I have installed vicibox 9.0.1 successfully installed every thing and webrtc.
Issue i am facing i have to register 3 phones via eyebeam for my agents they will not be using webrtc and those phones are not registering , i have tried it on VPN too but phones are not registering.
How can i register sip phone on eyebeam or xlite when webrtc is activated on my server.
And my firewall is active with drop zone, please update, Thanks.

firewall-cmd --zone=drop --permanent --add-port=5060/tcp
