Hi,
I have successfully setup my SSL certificate and Viciphone.
However, the only problem I am having is when you login the viciphone doesn't automatically connect. I get a message saying no one is in your session and I have to click "call agent webphone" for the phone to connect.
Is there a way I can avoid this screen and get it to connect automatically?

Thank you so much, it was really annoying me, and like yourself I thought I had made a mistake with the configuration.
I am using the latest vicibox release I downloaded today.
Also, is ViciPhone safe to use in production? Are there many issues with it?

We have dozens of clients with thousands of agents that use the VICIphone WebRTC phone every day, no major issues, and actually less overall issues than using a standard softphone.
