No Ringback Issue

Hi Guys,

I have installed vicidial on centos 6.10 and earlier seems all is looking fine because I have all 10 screens on dialer but when I am trying to login agent so NO RING BACK came and when i checked on asterisk CLI so no hit or log.

I have checked astguiclient logs (action_full.2020-06-03) so getting this...

I am assuming that Astguiclient is not able to communicate to asterisk.. I might be wrong. I am lost and not able to find anything to fix it.

Anyone can help me on it and tell anything else i need to check or do to fix this. I would be greatful.
