call transfer to external number

first I would like to thank the vicidial team for this tool that I really love and for the time supporting for beginners.

vicidial version 9.0.2
I configured ingroupe with the did and I receive the calls very well.
but I have a problem I want to know how to automatically transfer the calls which reach a waiting time of 5 min to an external number
