Hi All,
I have one question, in vicidial do we have setting where play some annoucement for agent alert before talk to customer?
This is for inbound.
For example: I created the ingorup as an inbound queue (Test-Queue). The call come in direct to the queue and before agent talk to customer it will play "This is test queue" to the agent only and then agent will greeting then talk to customer. This annoucement only agent can hear not for the customer.

Yes, that is what the In-Group setting "Agent Alert Filename" is for.
