Leads from different lists

Hi,

I have two lists assigned to one campaign and both the lists are active. I want to load leads from both the lists. But the dialer is taking leads from only one list, can you please tell me how to dial leads from more than one list at the same time.

Set the 'List Order' (campaign config screen) to for ex. 'PHONE DOWN'.

By default it's set to 'DOWN', so leads will be loaded from list1 first, then from list2. 'PHONE DOWN' orders the leads by phone number, so that should give you a good mix of the two lists. (Or alternatively look at the other order options.)

Hi,

I have two lists with different state numbers, the first list numbers start with 2 and second list phone numbers start with digit 8. So Phone down won't work. I tried with Lastname down, but no change. Should i make changes to the AST_VDhopper.pl to make it work or am i missing something.

My mistake, the last name field is blank, thats why it is not mixing the two lists.
