Dispo to Email with Attachment

Hi all,

Can anybody please help us with our issue with Dispo to Email with attachment. Our mails with attachment are not sending.
I have followed the steps in: http://www.vicidial.org/docs/DISPO_SEND_EMAIL.txt
Dispo to Mail without attachment is working fine.

Below is log on URL log report

Where can I find the logs for ErrorDONE:1 match found

Your log is to a local file on your personal network. It will not work for anyone else.
