REJECT CALLS : NO NEED HOLD OPTION

Hello ViciDial Team,

i have ready and working setup of vicibox9 and i am using for incoming calls only .

is there any chance i can reject calls if there is no agent available for calls, currently calls going on Hold and i don't want to put my caller on hold .

let me know if you there in-build setting for this.

Yes of course, there is more than one setting that can achieve this.

Have you read the Manager Manual?

There will be an option no agent no queue in ingroup. Please read it out.
