hello everyone,
pls tell me this option possible or not
how to increase timing inbound call landing for only one agent?
i have 5 agent on floor
i want set timing inbound call landing for agent
call in que 2 min then land for 2nd agent
call in que 5 min then land for 3rd agent

If I understand you correctly you can make multiple ingroups and set drop time for calls in ingroup and then drop the call to 2nd or 3rd ingroup having one agent logged in to each ingroup
Eg.
Ingroup 1 --> drop time 120 sec, drop to ingroup 2
ingroup 2 --> drop time 180 sec (300-120), drop to ingroup 3
