How we can filter/decrease answering machine calls.

Hi

you want to filter them, you can make some script run in cron job to remove or store to other place..

or you can write mysql command to move them, when your agents are in break.

Hi All

In campaign there is a option Dial Timeout and explains it as given below:-

Dial Timeout - If you are having a lot of Answering Machine or Voicemail calls you may want to try changing this value to between 21-26 and see if results improve.

It is not a way to do so or similar other way you know.

Just wanted to include this in this AMD thread since it's related. A client sent me these settings for AMD that they have had very good luck with. They did quite a bit of testing to arrive with these numbers:

exten => 8369,2,AMD(2000|2000|1000|5000|120|50|4|256)
