U did an amaizing work guys, i lately enabled the QC feature, but i cant get it to work.
When logging with admin, i see all sales
but when i open them i can't make calls, it shows me the lead and their recordings and all other data.
but also:
Cannot call prospect. You are not logged in as 6666. Refresh

Audit Comments: Y
6666 admin has these settings enabled.
