Well, Asterisk 13 has a major issue regarding Amd , We understand that you have tried to tweak it in Agent Route AMD option, but it still has no comparison with asterisk 1.8/11, on survey campaign we hear lot of voice mails and dead calls. Which is not understandable for us that how agent can hear answering machine on routing extension 8373/8366 , call should be land to agent to agent only incase someone press a digit, I tried to raise that question even, but didnt get reply, Yes i know i tried to change many provider, but same result asterisk 13 has major issue for amd and survey campaign.
any help would be appreciated.
