Vicidial Report Questions

Postby IanGP » Sun Aug 02, 2020 5:16 am

Hi All,

VERSION: 2.14-740a
BUILD: 200315-1126
Asterisk 13.29.2-vici

I have two questions:

1) Where can I find descriptions of columns in the reports?
For Example:

Inbound Service Level Report

Code: Select all
-------------------------------------------+--------+--------+--------+--------+--------+--------+--------+--------+----------+--------+
|                                           |        |        |        |        |        | AVG    | AVG    |        | TOTAL    | AVG    |
| SHIFT                                     |        |        | AVG    |        |        | HOLD(s)| HOLD(s)|        | CALLTIME |CALLTIME|
| DATE-TIME RANGE                           | DROPS  | DROP % | DROP(s)| HOLD   | HOLD % | HOLD   | TOTAL  | CALLS  | MIN:SEC  |SECONDS |

| 2020-07-06 00:00:00 - 2020-07-06 23:59:59 |    240 |  22.51%| 113.54 |    697 |  65.38%| 144.81 |  94.68 |   1066 |  4939:23 |    278 |

What is the difference between AVG HOLD(S) HOLD and AVG HOLD(S) TOTAL?
And what are the HOLD and HOLD% indicating?

2) My Inbound IVR Report is pretty big, so if I pull data for more than a few days, the screen goes blank, and no output (guessing a timeout).
Is there a way I can increase the timeout?

Thanks

One of my technicians was watching me try to figure that report out. And then she smacked the back of my head and told me to click the "?" at the top of the report. Now my head smarts, but here's what that produced, right from the page:

Inbound Service Level Report -This report is designed to give a daily breakdown of the number of calls, holds, and drop within the specified date range for the selected inbound group.
DROPS = The number of dropped calls to the inbound group within the time frame specified for that time interval.
DROP % = The percentage of calls ending in DROPS.
AVG DROP(S) = Average length in seconds of the calls ending in DROPS.
HOLDS = The number of calls to the inbound group that were held in queue for that time interval.
HOLD % = The percentage of calls that went to queue relative to the total calls.
AVG HOLD(S) HOLD = Average length in seconds of the queue time for only the calls in queue.
AVG HOLD(S) TOTAL = Average length in seconds of the queue time for ALL calls for the time interval.
CALLS = Number of calls received by the ingroup within the time interval.
TOTAL CALLTIME MIN:SEC = Total length of all calls received.
AVG CALLTIME SECONDS = Average length of all calls received.

I guess the Vicidial Group put those little ?s there for a reason. 8-)

php.ini has settings for script timeouts and post sizes and all sorts of cool stuff. There are TWO php.ini files: One specific to Apache and one for the linux command line (cli). "locate php.ini" and you'll find both of them. A few seconds on google should give you the key to search and alter. Remember to reload apache2 (service apache2 reload) to make the changes active.

Happy Hunting 8-)
