Viciphone RTP Issue

Hello Everyone

I am having following vicibox installed

Vicibox 7
VERSION: 2.14-697a
BUILD: 190121-2019
Asterisk 11.25.1-vici
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3064
DB Schema Version: 1562

As chrome as been updated to Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) suddenly the web-phone has stopped working it get registered but not RTP is passed. Getting following error on CLI

ERROR[2674][C-00000000]: res_rtp_asterisk.c:2166 __rtp_recvfrom: DTLS failure occurred on RTP instance '0x7f1f40014e58' due to reason 'tlsv1 alert protocol version', terminating
WARNING[2674][C-00000000]: res_rtp_asterisk.c:3877 ast_rtcp_read: RTCP Read error: Unspecified. Hanging up.

What would be the best solution to overcome this.

update tls to v2

Did that restarted the asterisk service but still it throw the same error.

http.conf

tlsdisablev1=yes ; Disable TLSv1 support - if not set this defaults to "yes"
tlsdisablev11=yes

Do we need to update any package on server?

We had the same problem with vicibox7.

we needed to update openssl and then reinstall asterisk. worked great!

his issue turned out to be different. it seems the middle east area's around pakistan are having audio issues because of a new law over there due to the PTA
