is the Cepstral and APP_SWIFT is preinstalled in vicibox?
or we need to install both manually.
i have installed latest vicibox today download from vicibox.com.

the support for TTS is in the vicidial interface but i do not believe they come pre-compiled into vicibox, but i may be wrong
