Answering Machine Message Override not working from list

I have a situation where I set Answering Machine Message Override in a list, I see that it's being overridden in campaign as red text appears letting me know it's being overridden, but message played when pressing [VM] button to leave voicemail when dialing from list is taken from campaign, not list. How could I troubleshoot this?

can you try a mock call from the dialer when no one is on it from a list with the override enabled and show the asterisk cli for that call and for a regular call without list override
