In the past, we never used the voicemail functions of ViciDial but with the new reporting requirements needing the Voicemail server is giving me some issues.
Everything is working fine but the server I have for the voicemail is in bad shape and needs to be rebuilt. I've tried changing the server in Admin > Settings but then my reporting breaks.
How can I change the VoiceMail server so that all keeps working and I can take that one server out of production?
