Inbound Call Drops List

Hi,

I have vicidial installed through express install from vicibox.9.0.3 ISO.

I have setup the dialer for Inbound campaign through DID without dialplan entry as its just for inbound.

I would like to get the list of DID Dropped calls list.

Kindly guide me how to get the XDROP list.

Activate the drop lists feature in system settings:

Hi Carpenox,

Thanks for the help. I have enabled the Drop Lists in the System Settings and created a new list in Drop lists and pointed it to the Ingroup of the DID.
Is there any thing else that needs to be done ?
