Let me guess.. Vicibox wont work if I use my netgear nighthawk mr5100 that has NAT firewall with no port forwarding?

Vicibox (and asterisk) works fine behind a NAT, port forwarding won't work for RTP (voice) packets as it chooses a different port each negotiation anyway. The only constant port will be your SIP port UDP 5060 (and web 80/4443/ssh 22), which if you are trying to access your box externally will need to be forwarded. There are a few NAT options you can try if things aren't working. https://www.voip-info.org/asterisk-sip-nat/
OS: VICIBox 9.0.1 OpenSuse 15.1 | VERSION: 2.14-742a BUILD: 200327-1715 | Asterisk: 13.21.1-vici | SVN: 3205 DB Schema: 1588
Linux: 4.12.14-lp151.28.44-default | MYSQL: Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.2.31-MariaDB | Perl: v5.26.1 | php: v7.2.5

Actually I found a setting to set up port forwarding on the nighthawk...
Im not sure if I am doing this wrong or if its the nighthawk
