So I have seen this feature for a while but couldn't get it to work so I gave up on it. Now we are hoping to use it again.
I have tried both using the User Route Settings In-Group in the DID and an AGI script in a callmunu.
And the following AGI script in a callmenu:
agi-AGENT_route.agi,default---SUPPORT---LOGGED_IN---if-u-know-ext-dial---3---invalid---please-try-again---3---SUPPORT---
What seems to happen is it ignores the Extension completely and just routes based on the Ingroup settings. Am I missing something in the ingroup? If I set the AGI script to AGENTDIRECT it works as expected.
I watched the asterisk console and noticed the formatting is the same If I put AGENTDIRECT or SUPPORT.
99909*1*SUPPORT*201*@default:1
99909*1*AGENTDIRECT*201*@default:1
I updated SVN too (3434).
VERSION: 2.14-811a
BUILD: 210425-1506
Asterisk 11.25.3
Thank you.

Are you looking for an AGENTDIRECT based ingroup (e.g. calls sent to individual agents)? If so, you will have to include AGENTDIRECT in your ingroup name i.e AGENTDIRECTSALES. It's not incredibly well documented but is definitely a requirement.
