We are coming from Xencall, we absolutely love Vicidial but we pretty much never got a voicemail live on pickup.
Is there anyway to tweak the module to be more efficient?
Is there any third party code we can put in?
Answering machines account for 25% of our live answers at a minimum every single day.

The AMD in asterisk is only about 65-70% effective as is, you can check out my AMD settings article on my blog: https://cyburityllc.com/?s=amd+settings but if you want better AMD you should look into a KHOMP device.
