ASTERISK NOT RELOAD SIP

Hello I have new vicidial installation in cluster mode and i have the problem that I make the 'sip reload' in asterisk cli and doesn´t refresh the configuration.

I am seeing in DB and /etc/asterisk/sip-vicidial.conf and the extension is present but I when make 'sip reload' in CLI and after 'sip show peers' the extension not appear

You dont have the required sockets running correctly, you have a deeper issue. Check your manager.conf file and if youd like, hit me up on skype and ill help you resolve this
