Before we went from Vicibox 8 to 9, I vaguely remember having the ability to see previous call info immediately after dispositioning an outbound call in case the agent dispo'd too quickly and wanted to implement that again. I cant seem to find anything about it in forums or managers manual and wondered if this might have been custom?

Yes, that is what the User Group setting "Agent Call Log View" enables in the agent screen.
