All installation and configuration problems and questions

I have followed all the instructions being provided on viciphone installation by vicidial page. But the viciphone keeps showing *connecting*.
May I know how to trouble shoot and share the details here so that the issue can be solved?

Its definitely the WebRTC configuration error. Login to agent screen and open browser console, you will see the error output there.
You can try our VICIdial installation method using this link.
