Help needed: Installing vicidial on Hetzner

I have been given a task by my boss to install a vicidial server on Hetzner dedicated server. I want to know if i need a bare metal install and how to do it and will it handle a load of 70 agents and what are the hardware requirements for this type of setup. I would be very thankful to anyone who can help me setting up a working server.

Good morning, you should check out my blog at http://vicidial.blog for many scratch install instructions, as far as 70 agents go, youll never get it working properly with 1 server and as to how many servers you will need, it depends on what functions youll be using. Do you plan to use AMD? are you making recordings? whats your average ratio for dialing? Many factors. Unfortunately asterisk does not scale vertically, only horizontally and its not hardware specifications that dictate this, its software restrictions as to asterisk. I hope this helps

Yes, you can host it on bare metal server. In the case of 70 agents you will need to setup a cluster(1DB/Web + 3 Telephony).

Regarding the requirements you can find those on Vicibox and other manuals online.
