Agent login time report

Hi guys I wants to know what time I should select in local call we are dialing from india to usa and we dial for pst timing so what issue i have when I try to fetch agent login
Its give me report of 2 days means according to india time
Ist 9:30 pm = usa time 8 am till
Ist 6:30 am = usa time 5pm.

Please help

local calling relates to the call recipient's time zone not the call center time. So be sure your time zone for each lead is updating properly, then you can set your local calling time to "9A to 9P", but beware state regulations which often limit more than those times.
