Listloader Custom Layout Broken, No Longer Working

Hello, all of a sudden my listloader custom layout / template stopped working.

When I go to upload leads I am not given the option to match fields in my file with my custom fields. Any leads I do attempt to upload get a 100% "Bad" message.

I was working with a test campaign and a test list that was previously uploaded and worked in the past. I cleared out the test list because I was making some changes to custom fields. I wanted to reupload the test list to the test campaign to see how the custom fields would look.

I've searched the forum and found another thread where the user was hacked. I'm hoping that's not the case.

Everything worked fine before but it's been a while since I've uploaded new leads so I cannot say how long this has been going on but I just discovered it today.

I'm not sure where to start to figure out what happened and how to resolve this.

If you are using the template, you no longer get the option to map the fields. To get the map, use custom not custom template.

If you don't get a field list when using Custom (without template), it's likely that the system did not recognize your field list/file format. Try an old list.

Thanks, William, but the option to map fields are not there whether I choose the custom layout, an existing custom template, or try to create a new custom template.

I'm not certain but from reading the forums I think my system has been compromised. It can still make dials, but I am unable to load new leads.

I've already started building a new system with the latest version and locked it down with a whitelist firewall.

I am able to upload the exact same list to the NEW dialer and I am presented with the field mapping options. So clearly something is broken on the other dialer.



But if you have any other ideas I am open.

Still the same issue. There is no lead field mapping options when uploading a list.
