Hello,
We are using survey campaign for our company, everything is working fine, need some help regarding lead status, we want to update lead id status against phone number in our CRM as soon as we receive response from our customer for example dtmf response 1234... or leads ID status is updated in vicidial as "SVYEXT or security phrase like 123... or Survey Response Digit Map 1-DEMOCRAT|2-REPUBLICAN.
Can we call any URL or script for it to update lead status in our CRM?
