I have Scheduled Callbacks set to Force Dial, meaning they automatically come up when its time for them to be called. However, sometimes if a rep gets behind on callbacks or misses a day, they come back and have 20+ callbacks all force loading with the OLDEST first. Is there a way to set callbacks to load as the most recent to oldest first, so that they are calling customers who may be expecting those calls today first, instead of calling customers who were expecting calls yesterday first. Its a simple thing but i cannot find any kind of setting anywhere for this. Is there any way to do this?
