WebRCT Certbot

Hello everyone,
I have a problem configuring with the webrtc on my Vicibox 9.0.3 server.
My link connects well with https and I followed all the steps on the viciphone site. I generated my certificates using certbot.
My problem when I connect with the agent the interface is displayed normal but the phone does not ring as in capture 1.
after a few seconds of course the interface disconnects and asks me to call the phone as in capture 2 and this time if when I click I have the phone ringing and I hear the message.
Why does the phone not connect the first time when I log in?

Can anyone help me please?
My server works fine with sip connection without wwebrtc
The server is well connected in https (secure connection) certificate generate with certbot.
I followed all the steps on the viciphone site. But still the same problem.
Does the problem come from certbot?
