SMS API Webform PHP

Is there a way to configure Webform button to call PHP like 2FA, or Dispo Call URL? Use case sending one outbound SMS. Unsuccessfully tried pointing Webform at local php file URL with code from Twilio.

Yes, it should work like that. What error are you receiving when you try it?
Also, the URL used by an agent clicking on a WEBFORM button is logged to the URL Log Report, if you need to see what URL they are actually using.
