Setup IP Based carrier with prefix

Hello everyone,
since I'm not an expert, I tried to find information but unfortunately wasn't able to.

I have route that they allow me to connect from static ip address (ip based), so don't have username and password, only prefix. If anyone can help me to setup correctly.

For example, prefix is 620722. I'm dialing germany with that route.
