VICIbox (11.0.1) Archive Server ISSUE

I have vicidial (11.0.1) installed.

The first situation I encountered was when I installed the audio file server, the vsftpd service on the file server was not working, I had to install it again, after being able to run vsftpd, I see that the phone servers do not upload the recordings because of an error that is giving me I put the code below to see who has solved it.
