Hello,
Is there anyway to barge a representative without automatically disconnecting after the call? For instance in a situation where you want to remain connected to their line to continue to help them with calls.
I appreciate the help.

when u whisper thru real time, it stays connected during calls

Yes, but i am looking to Barge so the customer's can also hear me, without disconnecting. I know how to whisper and it doesnt disconnect.

So, when I barge my representative, then the customer and rep hangs up I get disconnected and have to barge again to make a new call with the rep. Is there anyway to just remain connected with the representative until I decide to disconnect?

no there is not, you get entered into the conference for a barge and that conference i destroyed when the customer hangs up

First off if you are using confbridge it sounds like your svn is not updated. I reported this issue with the confbridge setup hanging up after each session was hung up and there is a fix for this in the svn but i am not sure what svn or build you are using so this is just guessing.
