How to upgrade to 2.0.4 from 2.0.3?

Hello everybody,
We're currently working on 2.0.3 version of Vicidial. Is it possible to upgrade it whitout losing data & configurations?
If not, is it possible to "uninstall" this version and then follow the scratch install guide without reinstalling whole linux-asterisk-apache-mysql etc?
